What is email appending and how does the process
work?
Email Appending is the process of matching a
database of customer information, that contains
missing online contact details or erroneous email
addresses, with a third party’s database
of email addresses and restoring the former with
accurate email information.
A typical e-mail appending scenario involves
an organization, that markets it products through
postal mail or telephone data of its customers,
wants to switch to email marketing for selling

How long is an email address valid?
Due to business relocation and attrition, some
contacts might change many times a year. However,
it is observed that an email database will show
1-2% changes from each month as people switch
jobs or their Internet providers. But to ensure
that we provide an accurate and updated database,
we update list once in every quarter.
How do we know these are the right email addresses?
